So winning is only good if all parties end up win something good. Yes or no?

That’s right. I think relative based upon interpretation by the person. If we look at it neutrally, we’re stepping aside from ourselves and saying when you pay, you’re only going to play. If you’re going to win, you only play to win. If you don’t play, you don’t win.

Playing is taking action. Is getting involved in something. I think it’s got a void. So you got to play it to win it. Yeah. So if you want to win the lottery, for example, if you’re not playing, you’re not going to win anything, are you?

So you got to go out and buy the ticket, or if you want to make more friends, you can’t be sitting at home, idling at home on your own. You to be out there socializing, meeting people and getting to know people and interacting with them. So playing would be literally going out and socializing and winning. So when we talking about playing, we’re saying being involved in an action or activity or dealing with some form of issue. So taking action, being associated with the issue or the bank, you need to be associated to be a winning part and that’s someone who’s going to get the benefit now. Is someone a going to be a good player if they are able to get a ‘win’ and satisfy everyone?

Is that right?

Not necessarily. if we want to be very optimistic about what we’re thinking or very positive, it’s down to personal preference and circumstances. What might be a win for me may not be for you. So really, if we take that into context, winning is a bit selfish. It can actually be considered positive as well. Others believe there is a positive or negative definition. It depends on the definition given by each person. Winning in one culture, maybe giving away money to help the poor and needy. Another culture could be making as much money as you can and spending on yourself. So in which ones, right. We’re not here to judge. I think it’s more a question of trying to understand, really, what winning can mean for people. Okay. If you want to interpret it, and in a sort of very positive sense, I think winning is about taking action and creating a win for other people around you. Okay. We’re going to go back into the main topic now.

We asked you a question earlier on. And is the Law Property Act 1925 applicable to new bills?

Because the market at the moment is extremely vibrant, it’s a good season for property investors, as the property values are still going up and people are addressing a lot of first-time buyers and home buyers taking action. So this after 1925, is it relevant to when the property was built? Can a new built actually have that act applicable on it?

  1. Because these properties have been built in the year 2021?
  2. How come an act that is more than 96 years old?
  3. How can that have relevance on something that’s been built now? Why is it still applicable?

Well, what happens is the Law of Property Act 1925 is acted upon all commercial properties no matter how recently they are built. LPA receivers are still subject to these new builds and if you are in a position where you cannot service your loan, you are still liable to the same issues as someone whose house was built in the 1950’s.
